Persian is one of the most important languages of the Middle East and an important language in the Islamic world. The language will take you into the world of great poets and philosophers who have inspired thinkers and writers around the world.

An Indo-European language, Persian shares its roots with many European languages. You will already be familiar with many Persian words.
